A feral pig that lived life in the fast lane has died only a month after he was accused of drinking 18 cans of beer and fighting a cow.
The loveable rogue was killed after being struck by a car in the northern Pilbara region of Australia.
Fans of ‘Swino’ will remember him for raiding a campsite for alcohol and taking on an animal twice his size in an epic bender that saw him end up asleep under a tree.
Tributes have poured in for the rebel pig after his death was announced.
Twitter user C R Booth wrote: ‘Rest in peace you beautiful, brawling swine. May your enemies in heaven fall swiftly under your hooves.’
Ottolenghi added: ‘Will be thinking of you, Swino…. Boozy feral pig dies in car accident.’
RIP ‘Swino’.
