There's something fishy going on in Ann Arbor.
Just take a look at one of the candidates for city council -- it goes by the name Twenty Pound Carp.
Last November, the Michigan fish made a name for itself when it was removed from West Park for being "destructive" to the pond's vegetation. At the time, the 20-pound carp was relocated to a nearby river. But it seems he had greater aspirations.
After establishing a Twitter account last year, the carp -- and whoever's behind the tongue-in-cheek account -- announced its intentions to run for a seat on Ann Arbor's city council.
