If any band was capable of getting the animal world dancing, it had to be Earth, Wind and Fire.

The exploits of Ronan, a female sea lion who ‘dances’ to their hit Boogie Wonderland, is central to a study into whether animals have rhythm and how it could play a vital role in communication.

Peter Cook, who trained her at the University of California, said Ronan is able to ‘dynamically adjust’ to the beat.
